By placing an order with Stitched by Staxx, you agree to all shop policies, terms, and conditions listed on this website.

All items are handmade and custom. No two pieces are exactly the same. Variations in fabric, color, patches, and embellishments are expected.

Please allow 3–4 weeks for custom orders. Ready-to-ship items follow the stated shipping timeframe.

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Stitched by Staxx is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. Any delivery issues must be handled through USPS.

We do not offer rush orders or rush shipping.

Stitched by Staxx respects your privacy. Your personal information is used only to process and ship your order. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties.
