Stitched by Staxx
Welcome to Stitched by Staxx! Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our handmade, custom, and specialty merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for changes of mind. This does not affect any rights provided by applicable law.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders require full payment before being placed into our production rotation.
Custom orders are individually created and may not be exact duplicates of previously designed pieces.
Colors, fabrics, embellishments, and placement may vary based on availability.
Additional colors, specialty materials, or embellishments may result in additional charges, which will be discussed before payment.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Custom production generally takes 7–10 business days from the date your individual order begins production, not the date payment is received.
Processing and production times may vary depending on the item and order volume.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
SHIPPING
Shipping and production times are separate. Stitched by Staxx is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Please review our Shipping Policy for additional details.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Items marked SOLD OUT may still be available for custom ordering. However, materials and embellishments may vary.
We cannot guarantee exact duplication of previously created designs.
ORDER ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including colors, sizes, shipping information, and customization requests, before completing payment.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us promptly so we can review your concerns and determine an appropriate resolution.
POLICY AGREEMENT
By placing an order through the Stitched by Staxx website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
Stitched by Staxx reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Changes will apply to future purchases.
