Ready-to-ship orders are generally processed within 3–6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders require full payment and are placed into our production rotation.
Custom production takes approximately 7–10 business days from the date we begin creating your individual order, NOT the date payment is received.
Preorders and specialty items may have different processing times. Please review each product description before purchasing.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Shipping time is separate from processing and production time.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
- Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Stitched by Staxx is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
